Resin tests, used small amount of mica powder for a subtle shine. Also treid making a different coloured ‘cores’ to try and achieve the magical colour shifting appearance I wanted.

Finished Props
All blades were wet sanded up to 2000 grit then polished to get an ultra smooth, shiny, crystal like surface. The wooden handle was also sanded and then polished with beeswax for a natural finish. The runes were painted with acrylic to help them stand out better.
